A Typical Timber Frameworks Ltd. Structural Kit

Important Assumptions:

1. We sign off the appropriate section of the NHBC / Zurich Form if you are building under their warranty scheme.
   

2. Timber Frameworks undertakes to design the timber load bearing structure above DPC at ground level. We undertake to supply kits conforming to the relevant structural codes, i.e. we are not responsible for ensuring the building design meets the building regulation; that is the responsibility of the overall building designer or architect.
   

3. External Wall panels will be standard height i.e. not exceeding 2.4 metres in height and will be formed in 38 x 89mm timber frame sheathed one side with 9mm OSB and Corovin breather membrane applied in our workshop.

4. Load Bearing Partitions in 38 x 89mm timber frame. Non-Load Bearing partitions 38 x 64mm timber frame.
   

5. Tyvek “reflex” silver breather paper is normally priced separately. [Not all houses require this].
   

6. Delivery cost is included.
